    Dr. Sanjay Prasad, M.D., FACS

    Dr. Prasad graduated medical school from the University of Maryland, Baltimore, completed his internship in general surgery at Johns Hopkins School of Medicine, completed his residency in otolaryngology Head & Neck Surgery at Georgetown University Hospital, and completed his advanced fellowship training in otology and neurotology at the University of Pittsburgh. He has dedicated his life to disorders involving the ear, brain, and facial nerve and is incredibly passionate about his work. His expertise, dedication, and caring nature have made Metropolitan NeuroEar Group what it is today.

    Barbara Kilbane, R.N., BSPA, Clinical Manager

    Barbara earned her bachelor's degree from Saint Joseph's College in Windham, Maine. She has been a registered nurse for over 25 years and is licensed in Maryland as well as Massachusetts. She has worked in home health, emergency rooms, and pre-operative and post-operative care units. She joined the Metropolitan NeuroEar Group in 2010.

    Barbara Hungerford, medical receptionist

    Barbara has been working as a medical receptionist since 2005. She joined Metropolitan NeuroEar Group in 2010.

    Kelly Beall, surgical scheduler

    Kelly has been working in the medical field for almost ten years and joined Metropolitan NeuroEar Group as the surgical scheduler in 2010.

  • Reshma Lalwani, MSHS, PA-C

    Reshma Lalwani is a 2011 graduate of a Master’s of Science in Health Science, Physician Assistant program at The George Washington University in Washington, DC. Ms. Lalwani recently joined Metropolitan NeuroEar Group and specializes in Vestibular Disorders. She is board certified with the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and is also a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants.

    Allyson Rosen, Au.D.

    Dr. Rosen earned her Doctorate of Audiology from Washington University, School of Medicine in St. Louis, MO and her Bachelors of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders with High Distinction and with Honors from the Pennsylvania State University in State College, PA. Dr. Rosen is highly trained in the selection, prescription, fitting, and verification of digital hearing aid technology, electrophysiological measures, and in evaluating patients with balance and dizziness disorders. She is a certified Neuromonics provider and has special interests in tinnitus assessment and rehabilitation, cochlear implants, and hearing aid selection and fitting. She joined Dr. Prasad in 2011.

    Sienna Burke, Au.D

    Dr. Burke is an area native and attended the University of Maryland where she earned her Doctorate of Audiology, as well as her Bachelors of Arts in Hearing and Speech Sciences. She has extensive training in diagnostic evaluations of hearing and balance disorders and was working at a busy otolaryngology practice before joining Metropolitan NeuroEar Group and Physicians Audiology Center , LLC in February 2012. She has a particular interest in rehabilitation of hearing loss through the appropriate selection and fitting of digital hearing aid technology.

    Bria Collins, Au.D.

    Dr. Collins completed both her undergraduate and doctoral work at the University of Maryland. While attending the university, she was the captain of the Varsity Track and Field team and earned All-East and Academic All-American honors in the shot put. Her main focus in the field of Audiology is hearing aids and other modes of assistive listening technology. Dr. Collins is originally from Mount Sinai, New York. She joined Dr. Prasad in 2012.
